COUSCOUS WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients:

Couscous
Carrot
Peas
Onion
Red Turnip
Himalaya salt
Curry

Preparation:

The vegetables are mixed with spices and oil all together, then put in the oven for about 20 minutes and stir occasionally.
Boil water, place in a container the necessary amount of couscous with salt and pour the water, until the water cover couscous, cover the dish and leave for 10 minutes.
Then mix the vegetables and couscous well and place in the oven for a few minutes together.
Accompany it with fresh Red Turnip
