EARLY BREAKFAST

Ingredients:
Kefir yogurt (homemade)
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
Oat
Bananas
Preparation:
Oat, chia and flax seeds put them together for all night and in the morning you add the banana and mix them with blender.

Super yummy for early breakfast. Another day I will tell how I prepare the kefir yogurt ?
