EGGPLANT & GREEN LENTILS

INGREDIENTS:

Eggplant
Onions
Green lentils
Flour
Egg

PREPARATION:

Mix an egg well with a tablespoon of flour and a little salt. Eggplants are soaked in the egg and flour component and fused in oil.
Onions boil together with green lentils with Himalayan salt, black pepper, red with a small amount of water.
Then all these measures are combined and put in the oven to bake them for half an hour
