FAMILY LUNCH

Ingredients:

  • Beef
  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Peas
  • Himalayan salt
  • Tajin spice

Preparation:

Boil the meat for 3 hours if you have an ordinary container and if you have express container for 30 min.

Scrape the potatos, devide in half, put in the baking pan with salt spice and oil and mix them with your hands until all measures take the same color. Let the some free space in baking pan for other ingredients.

Onion, carrot and peas put all together and add oil salt and spice and mic with spoon until all the measures take the same color.

Put tha baking pan in oven in 250 °C , occasionally mix the potatos and other ingredients until they are softened.

Benefits:

Beef provides nutrients like zinc, iron, protein and B vitamins, and half of the fat found in beef is monounsaturated, the same heart-healthy fats found in olive oil.
