- Baking powder
Shake eggs, after this add a milk, yoghurt, spinach, oil, salt, cornstarch flour and baking powder, mix them all together.
Put in baking pan and bake them for 20 min. in 250°C .
This is our traditional food that we prepare usually for dinner, and served with cheese, yoghurt or onion etc.
