HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY MUFFINS

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 egg yolk
• 80 g raisin
• 80 g walnuts
• 1 Cup with yoghurt
• 1/3 cup with oil
• 1 cup with oat
• 1 cup with integral flour
• 10 g Cinnamon
• 20 g sugar
• Baking powder 1 spoon

PREPARATION:

Put all ingredients from egg yolk to baking powder in a container mix them well, put a little oil in the cake cups and then put from the muffins dough in those cups.

And bake them in 200 °C for 25 min.

You can put over all the muffins a little bit from the egg white.

Serve them with coffe or tea.
