SAUSAGE BREAD

Dough:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 spoon with salt
  • 1 egg
  • 10 g yeast

Flour, until the dough isn’t sticky in your hands.

Let the dough for 2 hours in the container and cover it.

After 3 hours divide the dough into nine pieces, open each part of the dough, dye the top of each bread with egg and put in each of them a little bit butter and a sausage as you wish.

Put some oil in baking pan when you will bake the bread and bake for 25 min. in 250 °C.

In Gjakova (Kosovo), my country where I was born this is our traditional food that we prepare usually for holidays, and it’s so yummy ??
