BREAD WITH SEEDS AND CHEESE

This is so easy recipe for breakfast, especially for weekends, when you want to do something different and you don’t have time.
INGREDIENTS:
• Integral flour
• White flour
• Cheese 150 g
• Yogurt 2 tablespoon
• Milk 150ml
• Oil 80 ml
• Flex seeds 1 tablespoon
• Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
• 2 eggs
• Baking powder 10 g
PREPARATION:
Put the yogurt,milk, eggs white, cheese, flex seeds and oil in the container, mix them well. Continue adding the flour (80 % integral) and the baking powder, and mix the dough until dosen’t stick in your hands.
Pushing down on the dough ball, roll the ball round and round under the palm, put over every “ball” the egg yolk and sesame seeds, put in the baking pan (oiled), and let in the oven for 25 min, in 200 °C.
