SMOOTHIE – chia seeds, walnuts and fruits

INGREDIENTS:

• 15 g walnuts
• 20 g chia seeds
• 1 banana
• 1 apple
• 20 g oats
• 10 g cocoa
• 5 g honey

PREPARATION:

Put the chia seed for 3 hours in a water, until they are softened, leave the oats in boiled water for 10 min.

Then put all ingredients in a blend container and blend until it will be completely grounded.

I didn’t planed to add honey but my kids want usually sweet smoothie and for this a changed mind in the end of preparation.

This is a good idea for your early breakfast or dinner.

• Are loaded with antioxidant
• Are high in quality protein
• The high fiber and protein content in chia seeds may help you lose weight
• Are high in omega-3
• May lower your risk of heart disease
• May reduce blood sugar levels
