• Chicken lungs 500 g
• Potato 1 kg
• Broccoli 2
• Himalaya salt
• Red pepper
• Black pepper
Boil the chicken lungs for 20 min. then slice an onion. In a baking pan put some oil, chicken lungs, onion, himalaya salt, red and black pepper, mix them well and put in the oven, 250 ºC for 20 min.
Slice potatos, put in the baking pan with some oil,himalaya salt and curry and bake in oven, in 250 ºC for 30 min, mix the potatos in oven time after time.
The same way I prepared broccoli, but just with oil and himalaya salt.
