VEGETARIAN PIZZA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

• Integral/white flour
• Yoghurt 50 ml
• Water 50 ml
• Salt / tablespoon
• Oil 10 ml
• Yeast 10 g
• Tomato sauce
• Mushrooms
• Green peas
• Red bean
• Pizza cheese
• Origano

Preparation:

In the container put youghurt, a tepid water, oil, salt, yeast and in the end put the flour (80% integral flour). In the beginning I mix them with wooden spoon, and then I continue with my hands, because I think that this make homogeneous mass, time after time you add flour if your hands caught with dough. Mix the dough until the mass don’t caught with your hands. Let the dough rest for 20 min.in a room temperature.

After 20 min. grease the pan with butter, open handmade dough and put in the pan. After this continue to put the ingredients: grease the tomat sauce, origano, pizza cheese, red beans, peas, mushrooms (I put them in this order).

Bake in 300 °C for 20 min.
