INGREDIENTS:
• Integral flour 600 g
• White flour 200 g
• Egg 2
• Milk 600 ml
• Mineral water 400 ml
• Himalaya salt 1 tbs
• Oil 60 ml
PREPARATION:
Put all ingredients in the container,mix them well. And then beginn to fry them and put a little bit oil in the frying pan, just for the first time and then continue without oil in frying pan, because have enough oil in the pancake dough.
I served them with oranges, pomegranate and almond and honey.
