LEMON CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
• Sugar 12 tbs
• Eggs 3
• Oil 12 tbs
• Salt teat tbs
• Lemon 1
• Milk 12 tbs
• Flour 12 tbs
• Baking powder 1
PREPARATION:
The eggs and sugar mix well with mixer, until a creamy mass is formed. Remove the lemon peel and blend it, then put the lemon peel with sugar eggs and add other ingredients in the same container.
You could use any baking pan form you have at home, to cook your cake. Put a little bit oil in the baking pan and bake in oven for 25 min. in 250 °C.
